I am a Christian unashamed of my God, my Faith, and my life in Him!!! I have been brought to the understanding that Christianity is a process and that in a process everyone has a starting point, work and tasks in between, and a time of completion. The process does not start at the same point for everyone, the works and tasks are not the same for everyone, and the completion times are different. With that being said, I am a servant of Jesus Christ and my aim is to help believers and non-believers alike in their process. I believe the Bible is the inerrant, infallible word of God given to us to share in His story, through the plan and life of Jesus Christ, to create us, die for us, and redeem us to His family with love. The Bible encourages us to love in all things, primarily because love covers a multitude of sins. I am reminded of this timeless truth in that: "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us." -Romans 5:8
In 2006, I graduated Lakeland High School rank #21 of 260, received the city of Suffolk's first ever "Gates Millennium Scholarship" from Bill Gates, then went on to continue my education at Norfolk State University in the fall of 2006. I graduated Norfolk State in May 2011 with my Bachelor of Science Degree in Optical Engineering with a Minor in Applied Mathematics. While completing this degree, I accepted my calling July 29th, 2007, into ministry for Christ. I preached my trial sermon August 17th, 2008, and since then have grown a passionate and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In that authenticity, I have been blessed to be a Christian rapper with S.I.C.K. (Stewards Influencing Culture for the Kingdom) records, an associate Pastor for several years, and various ministry roles throughout all local church memberships, and currently serve as Youth Pastor here at Return Church. I say all of that to say I believe that when God gives us a calling, He gives us a way to grow in that calling by serve our brothers and sisters. I am excited in my role here at Return Church and the opportunity to build with my younger brothers and sisters through the youth ministry. Pray for me and I will do the same for you!!!
