Life Recovery

The Twelve Steps of Life Recovery are a set of biblical principles in addiction treatment that outline a course of action for tackling problems such as drug and alcohol addiction, and more. There are 12 Christian Foundations that Life Recovery is based on.

My name is Sarah Williams. I spent my early 20's in a messy drug life, however I got pregnant and that ended it for me. I went to college and graduated several times, had a daughter, 2 years later my son, and was doing well. Living the good life (so I thought) traveling, raising kids, working all the things. But, staying busy, traveling, and buying things does not fulfill. I fell, hard in 2018. 7 years later I'm finally alive. Truly alive and it is only because I surrendered my life, my kids, my everything, to my everything. Jesus Christ.

My name is Ashley Underwood, 

I have been delivered and set free! 

Saved by grace.

I grew up in physical, mental and sexual abuse with that steering the course of my future. 

But Jesus.... stepped in and I walked through Deliverance and stepped in to Freedom with Christ reconciling my life and transforming my mind. 

I am now a new Creation in Christ who cannot recognize the person I used to be.

Do not be conformed to the patterns of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is, his good, pleasing and perfect will.

By the grace of God, my life has been completely transformed through sobriety and faith. What once felt broken and hopeless has been restored with purpose, peace, and strength. God carried me through addiction, gave me a new beginning, and continues to guide my steps each day. My testimony is not just about getting sober — it’s about discovering God’s mercy, healing, and unconditional love in the middle of my darkest moments. Today, I stand grateful, redeemed, and living proof that God still changes lives.
