We may be the senior citizens of Return Church, but we don't just sit in our rocking chairs.
Besides attending Church services and the various Bible studies offered at Return Church, we are active. We go on outings planned by our very own Joyce Riley. Past outings have included the Batar Tea Room in Seymour, Indiana and the shops of Nashville, Indiana, and the Midway Fall Festival in Midway Kentucky. We are looking forward to many more trips with fellowship together.
Senior Trip, May 18
Our first stop will be for an early meal at Golden Corral in Elizabethtown, KY. Next, we will have some time to visit the nearby Veterans Tribute at the Nature Park. It has 5 life-sized bronze sculptures representing branches of our military, as well as an 80% scale replica of the Vietnam Wall.
From there we will head to Abundant Life Church in Radcliff, KY where we will attend their revival with evangelist Jonathan Shuttlesworth, founder of revival Today Ministries, preaching and confirming the Word with signs following.
